What is Asthma ?

Asthma is a condition where a person has difficulty in breathing. This is because his/her airways are inflamed and blocked by some reason. The affected person starts wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and becomes short of breath. It is a long time condition, occurring may be weekly to daily and during anytime of the day or night. This may get worse by exercises or physical excursion.

Causative Reasons

Asthma is considered to be caused by….

1. Allergic Reasons-Allergens
The major reason for Asthma is allergen and Cockroaches are the most powerful carrier pest for allergens that cause Asthma. Cockroaches carry these allergens in its saliva, feces wings, and particles from their bodies. These allergen from its body pollute food and drinking water in the kitchen where these pests hover and may trigger Asthma when humans consume these polluted food and drinks.
