HPCS was formed with a vision of making our society, our city, our state and our country disease free. Our country is an over populated country. The sanitary conditions are not up to the mark. Poor social living conditions lead to number of life threatening diseases, often turning to epidemics. Most of these conditions are due to pests which are carriers of such diseases. Effective eradication and elimination of these pests would result into automatic elimination of epidemics which claim thousands of human lives each season every year.
HPCS visualized a healthy society without epidemics caused by pests. A team of pest control experts dedicated to this vision joined hands to turn this vision into a reality .This team visualized a disease free India and a country free of pests damaging billions of rupees worth of national property.
The vision of HPCS is also to make the society and ultimately, the country fully aware of the health and other hazards these pests bring. People must know what is a pest and how does it affect a human. In fact, the number of pests putting humans to harm is so huge it requires a life time study to know about them substantially well. But a superficial knowledge about pests is essential to be considerably safe from the damages caused by these pests.

Though the progress is commendable. Awareness to education is heartwarming. Especially in rural parts of India. The matter of great rejoices is the increase of interest towards getting educated among girls and women in villages of India. This brings new hope in pest control as maximum pest generated diseases and property damages are observed in villages of India. And it is the lady of house who commands and looks after the welfare of the family, the house, the area and the society. So, a well informed lady will ensure a well protected society.
